These past few days I have been busy trying out the recipe for the croissant dough.

I have used Vincent Talleu's recipe as my guide and adapted it to make a dough out of only 1 kg of flour.

The pains au chocolat on display here were made last Saturday.

Needless to say, none have remained uneaten. :)
